About the Role

This Applied Scientist role in Amazon's Intelligent Talent Acquisition team focuses on reinventing hiring processes using advanced technology. You'll work on state-of-the-art research, AI systems, and machine learning algorithms to solve complex hiring problems at scale.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• 3+ years of building models for business application experience
• PhD, or Master's degree and 4+ years of CS, CE, ML or related field experience
• Experience programming in Java, C++, Python or related language
• Experience in algorithms and data structures, parsing, numerical optimization, data mining, parallel and distributed computing, or high-performance computing

Nice to Have:

• Experience using Unix/Linux
• Experience in professional software development
