Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• PhD, or Master's degree and 4+ years of science, technology, engineering or related field experience
• Experience programming in Java, C++, Python or related language
• Experience implementing algorithms using both toolkits and self-developed code
• Experience with navigation systems or aerospace applications, including signal processing, Kalman filtering, and navigation algorithm development

Nice to Have:

• Experience in professional software development
• Experience in patents or publications at top-tier peer-reviewed conferences or journals
• Previous experience in the aerospace or signal processing industry
• Expertise in filtering technologies, such as Kalman Filters
• Proficiency in the simulation and analysis of navigation systems
• Familiarity with hardware/software integration and real-time operating systems
• Track record of developing complex, mission-critical systems successfully delivered to customers
• Experience in gathering requirements through effective communication with end users, business teams, and management
