About the Role

Lead a team developing AI-driven solutions for Amazon's talent acquisition, focusing on recruitment lifecycle using deep learning and LLMs. Manage applied science projects to deliver fair and efficient hiring at scale. Utilize Amazon's tech stack to build innovative machine learning products.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead team in developing and implementing new science-based products
• Support existing products within the recruitment domain
• Utilize state-of-the-art algorithms and large-scale computing resources
• Deliver customer value using Amazon's heterogeneous data sources
• Focus on AI-driven solutions for talent acquisition lifecycle

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• Experience directly managing scientists or machine learning engineers
• Experience programming in Java, C++, Python or related language
• Experience in building machine learning models for business application
• Master's degree in engineering, technology, computer science, machine learning, robotics, operations research, statistics, mathematics or equivalent quantitative field

Nice to Have:

• Experience communicating with users, other technical teams, and management to collect requirements
• Experience hiring and growing top talent
• Knowledge of software engineering best practices across the development life cycle
