Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Research/work experience in machine learning, NLP, deep learning, or AI
• Proficiency in Java, C++, Perl, PHP, or Python
• Degree completion prior to joining Meta

Nice to Have:

• Experience with scalable ML models in areas like ranking or recommendations
• Experience with large-scale model training and speech-based systems
• First-author publications at peer-reviewed AI conferences
• Experience taking ideas from research to production
• Experience working cross-functionally in teams
