About the Role

Amazon seeks an AI Content Expert II to create and annotate high-quality training data for Large Language Models. The role involves writing texts in various styles, performing quality audits, and making judgment calls on complex data. This is a fixed-term contract position requiring office work Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities

• Creating and annotating high-quality complex training data in multiple modalities (text, image, video)
• Writing grammatically correct texts in different styles with various degrees of creativity
• Performing audits and quality checks of tasks completed by other specialists
• Making sound judgments and logical decisions when faced with ambiguous information
• Identifying and reporting tooling bugs and suggesting improvements

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• High school or equivalent diploma
• Experience with language annotation and other forms of data markup
• Proficiency in English (C1 level CEFR) with excellent writing, reading, and comprehension skills
• Good understanding of Dutch and U.S.-based culture, society, and norms

Nice to Have:

• Bachelor's degree, or experience in a professional field or military
• Knowledge of HTML, XML, and Excel
• Knowledge of one or more scripting languages (e.g., Python, Ruby, Perl)
