About the Role

The AI Content Associate role involves labeling and evaluating multimodal data (text, speech, audio, image, video) to support the responsible development of generative AI and large language models at Amazon. Responsibilities include delivering high-quality labeled data, analyzing root causes for quality improvements, and maintaining strict confidentiality while working with diverse data types.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain strict confidentiality and follow privacy policies
• Work with multimodal data including text, speech, audio, image, and video
• Deliver high-quality labeled data using guidelines and in-house tools
• Analyze root causes and propose solutions to enhance labeling quality
• Support daily operational deliverables and identify process issues

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• Associate's Degree or related work experience
• C1+ or equivalent fluency in English language
• Strong business writing skills for reports and correspondence
• Advanced reading comprehension and analytical thinking

Nice to Have:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• 2+ years of professional work experience with task execution
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments with changing circumstances
• 2-3 years project coordination or management experience
