About the Role

The AI Business Process Specialist drives AI-powered business process transformations by identifying opportunities, crafting value propositions, and leading the engagement cycle. They partner with sales and technical teams to deliver demos, pilots, and customer success plans for Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Copilot solutions. The role requires deep domain expertise, consultative selling, and meeting revenue targets while acting as a trusted advisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with and lead Account Planning Team on Account Plan for AI Business Process opportunities
• Establish and build C-Suite and Business Decision Maker relationships as a Business Applications solution expert
• Build & maintain qualified pipeline coverage for rolling 4 quarters through digital-first seller tools
• Deliver One Microsoft narrative and solution pitches to C-Suite executives and Business Decision Makers
• Orchestrate business value + technical solution demos aligned with customer outcomes

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field AND 3+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience OR 4+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience
• 2+ Years of CRM or ERP solution selling experience
