About the Role

This role is an AI Business Process Solution Specialist focused on helping manufacturing organizations transform their business processes using AI, CRM, ERP, and low-code solutions. The specialist will build C-Suite relationships, lead sales processes, and deliver Microsoft's AI-driven business applications to drive digital transformation and achieve customer business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Planning Team on AI Business Process opportunities and decision maker identification
• Establish and build C-Suite and Business Decision Maker relationships as an industry-aligned Business Applications expert
• Build and maintain qualified pipeline coverage using digital-first seller tools
• Deliver One Microsoft narrative and solution pitches to executives and decision makers
• Orchestrate business value and technical solution demos aligned with customer outcomes

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• Proven solution or services sales experience or Line-of-Business Experience for Manufacturing Suppliers
• Deep understanding of CRM, ERP, and/or Low Code applications and their business impact
• Experience selling CRM, ERP, or cloud-based business applications to large enterprise accounts
• Ability to sell connected end-to-end business transformation solutions across business units

• Experience working with Manufacturing customers
• Extensive experience in technology-related sales or account management
• Preferred location is Munich
