About the Role
The Office Admin Executive manages daily office operations at CityFurnish.com, ensuring efficient working conditions through facility management, vendor coordination, and employee support. Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing supplies, handling onboarding/offboarding, and maintaining administrative records.Key Responsibilities
- Supervise housekeeping staff and manage office cleanliness
- Manage inventory of office supplies and procurement from vendors
- Assign office assets to employees and maintain asset register
- Process vendor invoices and track office-related expenses
- Organize meetings, events, and handle travel arrangements
Required Skills & Qualifications
Must Have:
- Bachelor's degree (Business Administration or similar preferred)
- 2-3 years in office/admin support roles
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with attendance systems
- Experience with asset tracking tools
- Knowledge of HRMS software
